Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Please note that all items undergo a final quality audit prior to shipment, and photographs are taken of every order before it leaves our facility.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 24–48 hours if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item. This timeframe allows us to promptly evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
To assist with processing your request, we may ask for photos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed, we will work with you to make it right.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please initiate an eligible return and place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without providing a justification.
To qualify for a return under this policy, items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of custom items, all custom orders are final sale and non-refundable. Each custom order includes a digital mock-up that must be reviewed and approved by the customer before production begins. Once approval is provided and production has started, refunds are not available.
For Select T-shirts brand items, refunds or store credit toward a future purchase may be offered. If a refund is requested and approved, the item must be returned to us. Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
